With 80mm height under the board at it's highest point there's plenty of room for larger power supplies and above the board there's a pedal height allowance of 80mm. External case thickness is 200mm plus hardware protrusions. This is the standard flight case for the Large (700 x 460mm) Jetsetter board.
The price includes the board and case.
Our board prices do not include any cables, junction boxes, plugs, pedals, power supplies, or shipping.
Custom wiring available on request at additional cost.
Every panel we use is 10mm thick whether it be our ABS laminated plywood or flight panel. This gives the case a thicker wall profile to ensure the lid closes more firmly onto the base. Many lighter cases use only 5mm thick wood panels and this weakens over time placing more stress on the hardware. The corner angle is always a double angle which is riveted all the way through with rivet spacings typically 200mm or less. Our custom aluminium extrusions are milled here in Australia.
Much of the foam we use is supplied by Dunlop Flexible Foams, a trusted name in quality cushioning. Other speciality foams we use are sourced from the USA. Any foam choices we make are based upon wear and tear assumptions and protection factors to help ensure reliable service on the road and in the air.
It's 100% Penn Elcom hardware on everything at Pedalboards By Caseman. Not just catches and the odd handle or two.
