We offer a limited period full replacement policy on the rare occasion that your new purchase arrives faulty!
We take pride in stocking the very best handmade pedals and have a strict Quality Assurance checking process, as we really want you to receive the item you purchased in the best condition possible and in full working order.
- This special offer is only available to customers in Australia and New Zealand.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to posting an item back to us.
- To qualify for this special offer the item's manufacturer's warranty conditions must be fully adhered to.
- The item must be returned to us within 10 business days from the day of purchase to qualify for this special offer. If we receive it within 10 business days we will post your replacement back free of charge in 2 business days!
- Items received more than 10 business days from day of purchase will be forwarded directly to the manufacturer and we will charge a shipping and handling fee.
- The item and its product packaging must also be in aesthetically perfect condition, with no signs of wear and tear other than the fault reported. If there are any signs of wear and tear or rough handling we reserve the right to charge restocking fee of up to 40% (determined on inspection) before we post a replacement.
- Should the returned item be in a condition we deem to be very poor, we will simply send it back on receipt of return postage costs. Please also ensure that you package the item you are returning carefully so that it is not damaged in transit.
- A store credit equal to 80% of the original sale price is offered for faulty unit returns. Please ensure that the item returns in perfect aesthetic condition as per all conditions noted above, otherwise it will incur further charges as described.
- Should you need a warranty replacement beyond the period of 10 days noted in this special offer, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly and ship it to them for repair or replacement.
- Refunds are not offered for warranty returns.
- We do not currently offer a repairs service for new purchases.
